Will the board fade in my sunny storefront window?
Our felt is UV-resistant and maintains its color even in direct sunlight. We've had boards in south-facing windows for 3+ years without noticeable fading. That said, if your window gets intense all-day sun, the grey or black felt will hold up better than white.
How do I keep the board clean in a dusty retail environment?
The felt can be gently vacuumed with a soft brush attachment or wiped with a lint roller. For the frame, a damp cloth works fine. Many retail clients do a quick dust once a week during their regular cleaning routine.
Can I order extra letter sets in my brand colors?
We offer letters in white, black, gold, and silver. For custom brand colors, we can work with you on bulk orders of 5+ boards. Contact us for custom color matching—there's a setup fee, but the letters themselves are competitively priced.
Is the board secure enough that customers won't rearrange letters?
The felt grooves hold letters firmly—they won't fall out from vibration or bumps. However, determined fingers can remove them. Most retail clients find this isn't an issue, but if it's a concern, consider mounting the board higher or behind the counter.
Can I mount the board to a freestanding display instead of the wall?
Absolutely. We include versatile mounting hardware, and our boards work great with standard easels for boards under 30 inches. For larger freestanding displays, we can recommend display stands that work with your board size.
