Office & Corporate Signage
First impressions that feel intentional
Your office says something about your company before anyone speaks a word. A personalized letter board in your lobby tells visitors they were expected, valued, and worth the effort.
From Fortune 500 headquarters to growing startups, companies choose our boards because they add warmth and personality that digital screens simply can't match.

Size Guide
Recommended sizes for offices
The ideal size depends on viewing distance and the amount of content you need to display. Here are our recommendations for common office applications.
Reception Desk
24" × 30"Visible from waiting area. Perfect for welcome messages and today's visitor list.
Lobby Feature Wall
36" × 48"Statement piece for larger lobbies. Displays company values or rotating motivational content.
Conference Room Door
18" × 24"Compact size for room names and current meeting status. Mounts easily beside doorframes.
All-Hands Meeting Space
48" × 60"Large format for town halls, training rooms, or auditoriums. Readable from the back row.
Our clients always comment on the welcome board. It's such a small touch, but it sets the tone for the entire meeting. Way better than a generic digital sign.

Common Questions
Office letter board FAQ
How do we handle multiple visitors arriving at different times?
Many office clients update their boards 2-3 times per day—morning arrivals, afternoon meetings, etc. Some keep a smaller board at reception that's updated per visitor. With practice, changing a message takes under 30 seconds.
Can we order boards for all our conference rooms at once?
Absolutely. We offer volume discounts starting at 3 boards (10% off) up to 15% off for 10+ boards. We can also ensure all boards are delivered together for a coordinated installation.
Our lobby has very specific brand colors. Can you match them?
We offer black, grey, and white felt with aluminum (silver or black) and oak frames. For exact brand color matching, contact us about custom orders—we can match Pantone colors for bulk orders of 5+ boards.
Is this more practical than a digital display for our lobby?
It depends on your needs. Digital displays are better for dynamic content like live feeds or videos. Letter boards are better for static messages that change occasionally, require zero IT support, never crash, and have a warmer, more personal aesthetic that many visitors prefer.
How formal or informal does the letter board look?
It depends on your framing and message choice. Aluminum frames with black felt read as modern and professional. Oak frames with white felt feel warmer and more approachable. The tone comes from how you style it, not the board itself.
