Common Questions
Event letter board FAQ
How far in advance should I order for my wedding?
We recommend ordering 3-4 weeks before your event to allow for our ~1 week production time plus shipping and time to practice arranging your message. For rush orders, contact us—we can often accommodate tighter timelines.
Can I practice setting up my message before the event?
Absolutely! We recommend setting up your message at home first to work out spacing and timing. Many couples practice a few days before and then transport the board already arranged. Letters stay in place during careful transport.
What letter sets do you offer?
We offer five sizes: 3-inch, 2-inch, 1-inch, 3/4-inch, and 1/2-inch. Letter sets are sold separately so you can choose exactly what you need. Most events use a mix of 2-inch for headlines and 1-inch for details.
Is the board easy to transport to my venue?
Yes. Our boards are lightweight (a 36×48 board weighs about 15 lbs) and can be transported flat in most vehicles. We recommend keeping it flat to prevent letter shifting. Some couples remove letters and rearrange on-site.
What do I do with the board after my wedding?
Most couples keep their boards as home decor—they're beautiful in entryways, living rooms, or home offices. You can update the message seasonally, display family quotes, or keep your wedding date as a keepsake. It's a functional memento.
Do you offer rental options for events?
We don't offer rentals, but our boards are priced competitively compared to rental signage when you consider you get to keep it forever. Many event planners purchase boards for their inventory and reuse them across multiple events.
