01Where are your boards made?
Every board is handcrafted in the USA by skilled artisans. We don't outsource or cut corners. American materials, American labor, American quality.
02What sizes can you make?
We build boards up to 72 inches wide and up to 72 inches tall (depending on felt color). Most popular sizes range from 24×36 to 48×60 inches.
03Are letter sets included?
Letter sets are sold separately, giving you flexibility to choose the sizes you need. We offer five sizes from ½" to 3" with 145-290 pieces per set.
04How long does production take?
About 1 week. We take pride in our craftsmanship while keeping turnaround quick. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.
05What materials do you use?
Premium felt in five colors, solid hardwood frames (oak, walnut, cherry, black), and precision-milled aluminum options. No particle board, no cheap substitutes.
06What if my board arrives damaged?
We stand behind our work. If your board arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right—replacement or full refund.
